After the success of the first outreach initiative, it was then followed by another that was conducted in Lubluban, a town in Libertad, Misamis Oriental. Medical and dental services were provided to almost 300 individuals of the said area.

There are areas in Zambales where basic health services are not readily available. DDCPH took the liberty to conduct its first-ever outreach initiative. The goal is to provide free medical and dental check-ups, tooth extraction, circumcision, medicines, and vitamins. The program was able to cater to almost 500 individuals.
