27th MHVP All-In-One Mission

The MJB Cares Foundation joined as a partner of Mindanao Humanitarian Volunteers for Peace on their recently concluded 27th All-In-One Medical Mission in Iligan on May 6–7, 2023. The organization is a fervent supporter of initiatives that are focused on alleviating poverty in Geographically Isolated Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs).

A total of 2,000 beneficiaries received free medical care from the aforementioned medical mission, including services for circumcision, minor surgery, cataract surgery, adult and pediatric consultations, dental services, laboratory testing, and arts for peace.

This successful medical mission is a coherent collaboration of the Local Government Unit of Iligan, the 2nd Mechanized Infantry Brigade, the 4th Mechanized Infantry Battalion, the MJB Cares Foundation, Mindanao Humanitarian Volunteers for Peace, the Eye Hear Foundation, the Mabuhay Deseret Foundation, and the Budjong Integrated Humanitarian Mission.
