San Agustin Elementary School
Together with the Rotary Club of Parañaque East, the Rotary Club of Makati Ayala Triangle successfully handed over the school supplies and other essential educational materials to San Agustin Elementary School, at E. Rodriguez Avenue, San Agustin Village, Barangay Moonwalk, Parañaque City. MJB Cares Foundation reached out to the pupils and gave them one thousand (1,000) notebooks. This activity aims to support the school in preparation for the upcoming opening of face-to-face classes for the SY: 2022 – 2023.
May this small act of kindness make an impact on everyone of us and encourage us to constantly support those in need as we continue to envisage a world where children have access to education.
Taguig Integrated School and Karangalan Elementary School
The majority of students are going back to traditional schools as classes begin. After the pandemic– the students have settled into remote learning. Going back to traditional school would be another hard transition for them.
On August 15, the MJB Cares Foundation took part in another Brigada Eskwela Program, a school preparation before the start of classes; we were able to send school assistance, in-kind and in-cash, to Taguig Integrated School and Karangalan Elementary School. To our young learners, continue to motivate and inspire us. Keep on learning despite the challenges of a shortage of resources. We are grateful to be part of the “Brigada Eskwela: Tugon sa Hamon ng Ligtas na Balik-Aral”!
