Ciclo Dos Balik Eskwela Program took place on August 20, 2021 in Panubigan Elementary School. The lack of school supplies in primary schools, especially in remote areas has been a constant challenge for children and teachers
For rural areas, keeping pace with advanced technology has been a major roadblock. The MJB Cares Foundation, along with DDCPH Corp, took the first step in making education a little easier and more accessible– by being one of the sponsoring groups for the “Tanim mo para sa Lapis Ko” Program.
This event was organized by Siembra Para sa Joveness (SNJN). The organization, with the help of sponsors, was able to cater to 100 elementary students of Panubigan, Zamboanga City. The team hopes that by extending supplies and attending to their lack thereof, these children as well as the teachers will be motivated to teach and learn.
Seeing smiles on their faces gave us the drive to continue giving back to our community, especially to the young ones who will surely lead greatly in future generations.
