In accordance with the recent Healthcare Mission held in Candelaria, Zambales. The healthcare mission conducted vision screenings to identify patients in need of prescription glasses. The vision screening resulted in two hundred fourteen (214) identified patients being fitted with glasses that matched their prescription, ensuring a proper fit for optimal vision correction.
Continuing the commitment to providing healthcare support to communities, MJB Cares Foundation organized a distribution of prescription glasses to patients in Zambales. This initiative, held on February 29, 2024, aimed to improve the daily living of individuals with visual impairments by providing them with the necessary eyewear. Partnered with IPAO- Zambales and volunteers, this simple distribution event not only provided essential eyewear to those in need but also raised awareness about the importance of regular eye check-ups and vision care.
